Since my son was born in 2020, my wife and I have been looking to buy a house as our 1-BR condo has become too crowded. We relocated to California in 2021 and were shocked by the hot market here compared to NJ. We had done some tours by ourselves but quickly got overwhelmed until we met Ting and Tia. When we met Ting and Tia at office, they did an impressive presentation on down selecting the areas by zip code based on our need. This is how it begins, we would meet every weekend to down select open houses and check them out. Depending on our feedback, we would schedule late evening calls to review disclosure and determine the bid price after my son went to sleep. Ting and Tia helped us go through all the details of disclosures every time before we place an offer. Tia read the disclosures very carefully and was always prepared to explain the questions we had. The bid prices suggested by them were reasonable based on recent market dataset. Buying a place in CA is a bumpy journey, there has been extremely stressful moments like we were tied up by work or family issues while the seller agent and banker were waiting for our decision in the next 5mins. We were lucky to have Ting and Tia to have our back as their experience of the whole process, the relationship built with seller agent and banker, plus most importantly, always putting themselves in our shoes had given us confidence that we would make the right decision.
