You will be matched with an experienced Project Manager who will suggest ways to help your home show well. This includes de-cluttering, cleaning, and repairing that drippy faucet. We can also discuss the potential benefits of larger preparations that may include staging, painting, landscaping, and/or updates to the kitchen or bathrooms.


2. Define the right pricing

Using expertise and context, we’ll provide valuable insights into the local market and help you determine a fair asking price. We’ll discuss strategies with you, but the final decision—like all decisions—will be yours.


3. Marketing
